About ThrivoIQ

We built the system we wished the industry had.

Two people, one from inside senior living operations and one from the discipline of building things that can't fail, who got tired of watching good communities lose to bad tooling.

The mission

End the two-sided tax on senior living.

Families get steered toward whoever pays the highest referral fee, not the best fit. Communities pay thousands per placement and still run their sales process on spreadsheets and memory. Both problems have the same root: no one built the infrastructure this industry actually needs. So we did — the largest unbiased directory for families, and a CRM built for operators, with no referral fees between them.

Who built this

Not software people guessing at the industry from the outside.

One founder has run senior living communities for more than 15 years across four major operators. Every workflow in ThrivoIQ exists because he needed it and it didn't exist yet.

The origin story

They met on the sidelines watching their daughters play soccer. Months of conversation about an industry they both loved but saw real problems with — families steered by referral fees, facilities paying thousands per placement, no unbiased search, no CRM built for senior living — led them to build the fix themselves.
