Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

ThrivoIQ (“ThrivoIQ,” “we,” “us”) provides resident-acquisition software to senior living communities. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and product. It does not describe the independent privacy practices of communities that use ThrivoIQ to manage their own prospects and residents; those communities are responsible for their own use of the data they enter.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide: account and contact details (name, work email, phone, community), demo-request details, billing contact information, and support communications.
  • Customer data: the prospect, resident, and communication records a community enters into or connects to the product. We process this on the community's behalf.
  • Usage and device data: log data, device and browser information, and basic analytics about how the site and product are used, to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the website and product.
  • To respond to demo requests, provide support, and communicate about the service.
  • To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

How information is shared

We share information only with service providers who help us run ThrivoIQ (for example, hosting, email delivery, and telephony/SMS providers), under agreements that limit their use to providing those services; when required by law; and in connection with a business transfer, with notice where required. We do not share customer data with other communities.

Communications and opt-out

Product and marketing communications include a way to opt out, and we honor opt-out requests. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. Communities using ThrivoIQ's messaging tools are responsible for obtaining any consents their own outreach requires.

Data retention & security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is scoped per community. We retain information for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual limits. Where a community entered the data, we may refer the request to that community as the controller. To make a request, contact us below.
