Platform & Capabilities

What is ThrivoIQ?+

ThrivoIQ is the sales and resident platform for senior living communities. One system holds the whole path: a family's first inquiry, a pipeline that scores it and shows its arithmetic, follow-up that sends on arrival rather than on a sweep, and then the resident, the room and the census after she moves in. It is the only platform in the industry where the sales side and the resident side are the same software rather than two vendors and an export.

How is ThrivoIQ different from other senior living CRMs?+

Most CRMs in this space stop at the sale — they track a prospect until they sign a lease, then hand off to a separate system for resident management. ThrivoIQ is the only platform that connects the two: a signed lease becomes a room reservation, a resident profile, and a census forecast automatically, in the same system. And the parts a legacy vendor bolts on, this was designed around: a lead score whose breakdown is stored so your director can open it and disagree, a first reply that fires inside the request that received the inquiry, and access set per capability so a caregiver logs care without ever seeing a rate.

What kind of data and insights can I access with ThrivoIQ?+

Every dashboard runs on your own real data — lead scoring breakdowns, weighted pipeline value, close rate trends, days-to-close, occupancy and census forecasts 30 days out, communication performance across email and SMS, and lead-source ROI comparisons. Nothing is a borrowed industry benchmark; every number you see is something you can defend to your own leadership team.

Can ThrivoIQ integrate with other systems we already use?+

ThrivoIQ includes its own dedicated local phone number per community and two-way SMS built in, so most communities run their entire communication workflow inside ThrivoIQ without needing a separate system. Leads can also come in through CSV import, a phone quick-log, an embeddable web form, or an API endpoint with token authentication.

How does ThrivoIQ improve operational efficiency for a sales team?+

The Daily Mission feature automatically prioritizes every rep's day — Critical, Due Today, and Recommended tasks, ranked by the expected revenue and lifetime value of each prospect — so nobody has to guess who to call first. Automated follow-up sequences mean a lead never goes long without a response, and the Pipeline Health Scorecard flags exactly where a team's process is breaking down, with one-click fixes.

Is ThrivoIQ customizable to our community's specific needs?+

Yes. Revenue Settings let each community configure its own care types, base rates, care-level add-ons, and fee structure, including a custom fee builder. Team permissions are granular and capability-based — onboard any position on your org chart and grant exactly the access that job needs — so every person sees exactly what's relevant to their job.

How does ThrivoIQ support resident care, not just sales?+

ThrivoIQ is the only platform where the sales pipeline and resident management are the same system. Once someone moves in, their full profile — care details, family contacts, daily caregiver logs, photo gallery, documents, and billing — lives in ThrivoIQ too, and an expected move-out date automatically feeds back into your census forecast.

What are the concrete benefits of switching to ThrivoIQ?+

You get a CRM built around how senior living sales actually works instead of one adapted from another industry, and you get one system running from first inquiry through move-in and ongoing resident management instead of a generic CRM stitched to a separate resident tool. The concrete version: a family who inquires at 9:14 hears back at 9:14, your director opens her morning already ranked by what each family is worth, and the move-out logged this afternoon is in the census forecast before she leaves.

Security & Access

How does ThrivoIQ handle data security?+

Access is granular by design — a caregiver, for example, can be granted resident care without ever seeing leads, pipeline, or analytics, and only the people who need financial or contact data can see it. Data is encrypted in storage and access is authenticated at every level.

Can ThrivoIQ be accessed remotely or on mobile?+

Yes — the entire platform is built mobile-first, down to 48px minimum touch targets, so a sales director or caregiver can do their job just as fully from a phone in the field as from a desktop in the office.

Switching & Setup

We're currently using another CRM — how hard is it to switch?+

A guided CSV/Excel import wizard with smart column auto-detection and duplicate handling brings your existing resident and prospect data in from day one, so switching doesn't mean starting from a blank system.

How long does setup and onboarding take?+

New communities go through a guided onboarding wizard on first login covering your community profile, revenue settings, and lead sources — most of what you need to start working leads is in place from your first session.

How It Was Built

What actually makes ThrivoIQ more advanced than the CRM we use now?+

Four things you can check on a demo rather than take on faith. The first reply sends inside the request that receives the inquiry, so a family hears back in seconds rather than on the next sweep. Every lead score stores its own arithmetic on the lead, so a director can open it and disagree with it. The pipeline and the resident record are the same rows, so a signature reserves an apartment instead of starting an export. And access is granted across thirteen capability areas with view and edit separate, rather than five fixed roles. Ask any competitor to show you the first one live.

How was ThrivoIQ built, and by whom?+

From nothing, this decade, by two people who split the work down the middle. Robert Sanderson has spent fifteen years operating senior living communities across five organizations and decides what the product does, because he has needed it to do it. Michael Tatz builds the systems. Neither of us started from a general sales CRM and renamed the fields, and neither of us inherited a codebase written before a family could sign a lease on a phone, which is the single biggest reason this behaves differently from everything else you have been shown. Commercially it is month to month with no exit fee and a full export of your data on request, because software this specific should have to earn the renewal.

What happens to our data if ThrivoIQ goes away?+

You take it with you. A full export of prospects, residents, notes and history, in a format another system can read, on request and without a conversation about why you want it. Nothing about your records is arranged to make leaving expensive, because a company that has to trap customers has already told you what it thinks of its product. That is also the real answer to the risk of buying early: the worst case costs you a month of subscription and an import into whatever you choose next.

Pricing

Do you charge a referral fee like some other lead sources in this industry?+

No, never. ThrivoIQ charges one flat monthly subscription depending on tier, or a Custom plan for multi-community organizations, regardless of how many leads you receive or residents you close.

What does ThrivoIQ cost?+

Verified Listing is $149/month, Growth CRM is $625/month, and Professional is $950/month — or ten months billed for the year if you pay annually. Multi-community organizations are priced individually. Full plan details are on the Pricing page.
